What you’ll need is a bottle of water, your own bodyweight and… that’s it!
All of our workouts and fitness sessions are designed to be accessible and adaptable to everyone - from toddlers to grandparents, and pretty much everything in between. Most of our FitFam workouts are based on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of active rest. That said… we also offer a variety of extra sessions.
