All you’ll need is a bottle of water, your own bodyweight and… that’s it!
All of our workouts and fitness sessions are designed to be accessible and adaptable to everyone - from toddlers to grandparents, and pretty much everything in between. Most of our FitFam workouts are based on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of active rest. That said… we also offer a variety of extra sessions.

We motivate each other to push through the last reps together as one team.
This has been our bread and butter since our early beginnings. All FitFam sessions are volunteer-led, and thus every workout differs based on a leader’s workout plan, although common exercises include classic and creative variations of exercises such as squats, push-ups, planks, and burpees… A few burpees.

Organized by experienced runners with marathons, trails, triathlons and Iron Man races under their belts, our running sessions include a diverse mix of structures. These include combo runs (including shot HIIT workouts), 10K and 20K runs, and track. From the break of dawn until dusk falls, FitFam’s got your running aspirations covered!
