FitFam Huangpu Halloween Hustle 2019

RULES / 规则

Transportation between the locations are Bikes, Run, Bus and Subway, please bring your own subway card and also download any relevant bike shared apps. You are able to bring your own bicycle at your own risk.

Please follow Chinese traffic rules. Only bike on streets where bikes are allowed, and park in designated zones. Stay safe! 

By participating in this race you take full responsibility for your actions and that of your team. Anyone under age must be accompanied by an adult.

It is encouraged to come already dressed up in your Halloween costume. But please remember that we will also do physical workouts, so comfort and safety first.

Some locations will receive more points than others. By completing the fitness challenge you receive these full points. 

All locations will shut down at at 2pm if you have not arrived by 1:50pm please make your way to the startint point, all teams to be back at El Santo at 230pm. 

Each team will be given 3 locations they MUST visit, this will be given in your bag when you register. Penalties will apply to team who do not reach these. 

You will have 3 treats in your bag to trade for 1 x Brain or Beauty challenge. Use them wisely. Can not trade for Brawn (fitness) challenge 

Please remember those on site are all volunteers helping to make this event a success. Please have patience and respect as we may have multiple teams at each location. 

Respect the general public, use your best judgement and manners when making your way through the city.

For Sponsor Locations

There will be 2 tasks: BRAWN & BRAIN at each location. Your full team needs to be present to finish the tasks.

- BRAWN: each location has a specific physical activity set up. These will differ from location to location.

- BRAIN: at each location you have to answer one specific question in order to achieve points.

-Photo challenge: Points gain and best photo prizes up for grabs.

All locations will close down at 2:00pm.

We will provide lunch. 

Your lunch ticket inclusive of one drink will be your wrist band given to you at registration from 9am. Please don't lose this. 

We prepare for the awards ceremony when teams have returned to El Santo, With special drink deals at El Santo, Hooked and Little Creatures.

After Party

1. Special drink deals at Found 158 (Hooked and Little Creatures) from 6pm till late

2. 100rmb ticket to Cages Halloween Party (includes 4 drinks) Prebook early befofe 6pm 26th Oct and write FitFam in the notes section of the booking.

我们鼓励大家跑步，骑车，公交和地铁来回在挑战点间，请带好交通卡并提前下载好需要的共享单车app。当然你也可以骑上你自己的自行车。 

注意通行时一定要注意遵守交通规则，，仅在允许自行车通行的街道骑行，，并停放在指定区域。切记要注意安全！

参与这项活动时，你要为自己的行为以及你所在的队伍负责。未成年人参与本项活动是必须要有家长陪同和监护。

活动鼓励大家都穿上自己的万圣节装扮。不过我们也会做很多的锻炼活动，所以要保证安全与舒适为前提。

部分地点可以获得比其他地点更多的额外积分。玩成健身挑战你就可以获得全部积分。

所有地点会在下午2点结束挑战，如果你在下午1点50还未到达你要去的地点，请务必及时返回起点，所有队伍要在下午2点30前回到EL Santo。

每个队伍都有三个必须要去的地点，在你登记领取参赛包时你可以知道是哪几个地点。如果没有去到这三个地点，你的队伍将会得到惩罚。

在你的包里会有3块巧克力仅限用来直接通过问题挑战或者照片挑战。好好使用它们。健身挑战必须完成，不可免除哦。

每个地点都是由我们的志愿者无偿奉献时间来使得这项活动更加成功。所以当你们在每个挑战地点遇到多个队伍同时到达时，请给予更多一些的耐心和尊重。

当你在城市中穿行时，一定要展现你的礼貌与大度，尊重公众。

合作场地：

在这有两个任务：体能挑战&智力挑战。所有队员都要完成。

- 体能挑战：每个场地都安排了该场地特有的体能锻炼，每个地点的挑战都不一样。

- 智力挑战：在每个场地你们都需要回答一个与该场地相关的具体问题才能获得得分。

- 照片挑战：得到积分，当然最好的照片会得到专门的奖项。

所有的场地都会在下午2点准时关闭。 

我们会提供免费午餐。

挑战结束后，下午2-4:00 带好在早上登记时领取的手环来换取食物和一杯饮料，千万不要遗失手环。随后我们会在El Santo举办颁奖仪式。当然El Santo, Hooked和Little Creatures三家酒吧会提供特价酒水。

庆祝晚会

1. Hooked 和Little Creatures会从晚上6点开始整晚提供特价酒水。

2. Cages运动酒吧提供100元的万圣节派对入场券（包含4杯酒水）。在10月26日下午6点之前提前预定，并在预订的备注部分写上FitFam。
